The evenings are noticeably lighter. The temperature is rising, (albeit ever so slightl) and the clocks even go forward this month. If now isn’t the time to start wearing your Springtime pieces, then I don’t know when is!
I'll show you how to transition your wardrobe for Spring... it's more simple than you think.
This Spring will see me wear lots of pink (paired with red), ruffles (again) and Bardot tops aplenty.
My style is very feminine and in my opinion, nothing is more feminine that bare shoulders. It’s such a sexy part of a woman… baring your décolletage and showing some flesh (ever so subtly). Less is always more.
When the weather is slightly bipolar, one-day sunshine and blue skies, the next torrential rain showers. It can be difficult to say the least, to start looking more ‘spring-like’ without freezing your butt off.
My solution to this sartorial issue is to pair blue denim jeans with some off the shoulder tops. I can’t stop buying them.
White always denotes Spring/Summer vibes. It looks effortless and is easy to style up/down with the right accessories.
I raided my partners’ insane wardrobe and stole one of his Gucci ties to wear as a neck scarf. It not only added a pop of color but also added some print to an other-wise simple look. My trusty Dionysus and my comfy Aquazzura sandals finished off my Spring-time ensemble, whilst keeping the color palette neutral. This leaves the Gucci tie do all the talking.
Bardot top: Maje
Bag: Gucci Dionysus (medium)
